Expectant mother Lorraine Allard learned the devastating news that she was in the advanced stages of liver cancer when she was four months pregnant, according to the Daily Mail.
Allard, of St. Olaves in the U.K., had a choice: Delay treatment to save her baby, or terminate the pregnancy to save herself.
She chose the former, waiting until the fetus was viable before scheduling a Caesarean section.

It is the on going story of a husband who's wife has cystic fibrosis and as she approached her double lung transplant found out she was pregnant. They also made the choice to give their daughter life, she is doing well while only born at 25 weeks.
They lead a church is NC and have lived in Va as well, I think you will enjoy this couples ability to have faith through crisis and have joy through pain and see the hope God has for their life.
