Co-Pastoring. Is anyone doing it well?
For you multi-site guys I'm interested to hear how it works with you. How much influence over your campus do you have? What are you responsible for?
Does anyone know of a true Co-Pastor situation (aside from husband/wife combos)?

Man if you enter into a co-pastor situation, I am kicking your tail. I have always heard anything with two heads is a freak or monster.
FBC Jacksonville did it for years. BUT Vines knew he was the second man. Notice Vines never brought a second one on after he took over.
I have NEVER seen them work.
fellowship bible church of little rock does it and does it well.
I have to agree with Gary. Only monsters have two-heads. Someone has to be the leader.
Fellowship Bible DOES do it but there is a lead pastor among the pastors.
It is impossible to have both of you have equal say.
There must be clearly drawn lines on who does what.
i see what you're saying. when i think "co-pastor" i thought of fellowship of little rock. they all share the teachign responsibility, etc. i'll assume there is a lead guy but all working together, etc.
